Extensive Text Changes
To make a change begin by making a Comment
using the Comment Tool. This lets us know who
is making the change. If you have a lot of new
text, copy and paste text into the comment box.
Please note with in the document where the
replacement text should start and stop, by
using the draw tool, or stamp tool. To make
deletion, use red markings/text. To make an
addition, use green markings/text.
Small Edits
If there is just a small change, go ahead and
make a comment using the Comment Tool, then
make the change using the text tool, using a
color other than black so it will be easy to see.
