The parties identified above have between them, just and right that this contract shall be
governed by the following terms and conditions described as below.
1. Terms of contract
By signing this contract the ARTIST / REMIXER and the LABEL is granting the exclusive right
to publish and release the tracks listed on the first page by the following: reproduce,
distribute, publicly display, broadcast and put them for sale in selected stores of digital music
such as beatport.com, junodownload.com, etc. thus allowing LABEL to technically adapt the
work to adjust it to world standards. The territory of application of this contract covers Brazil,
all other countries in the world and outer space.
2. Terms
2.1. The shops approve all content, so, it is not the label responsibility if the stores
decide for
themselves whether or not to approve/removing the contents. ARTIST / REMIXER need to
