We have access to the Internet and have read the 2020-2021 student handbook containing the Code of Conduct,
Discipline Procedures, School Health Program and District Policy Statements. We understand that our child will be
responsible for following the policies and procedures that are stated on the internet.

VIDEO & PHOTOGRAPHY PERMISSION
To enhance our students' experience and further communication within our community, there is the potential for your
child(ren) to be videotaped or photographed by either district personnel or the news media during classroom activities or
events. The pictures/videos may be posted to the District’s website and/or shared via other social media outlets. If you do not
grant permission for your child(ren) to be included in public broadcast of video or video yearbooks and for publishing
photographs in newspapers, school newsletters, or district publications, or social media outlets, including but not limited to the
BR Buzz, send a signed letter with your request to the Main Office.
INTERNET POLICY PERMISSION FORM
As parent/guardian, I have read the Bridgewater-Raynham Regional School District Internet Use Policy in the Student
Handbook. I understand that this access is designed for educational purposes. However, I also recognize it is impossible for
Bridgewater-Raynham Regional School District to restrict access to all controversial materials and I will not hold them
responsible for materials acquired on the network.
