Buffer Confidentiality Agreement

Between: Buffer, Inc. (“Buffer”) and __________________________ (“You”)
1. Purpose
As part of your Collaboration Day with Buffer, you may see or hear information that isn’t public.
This agreement ensures that anything confidential you access or learn during your time with us
stays protected.
2. What Counts as Confidential
“Confidential Information” means any non-public information you receive or have access to
about Buffer, including our business operations, customers and customer data, product plans,
code, data, or internal communications.
It doesn’t include information that:
● You already knew before your Collaboration Day,
● Becomes public through no fault of yours, or
● You lawfully receive from someone else without an obligation of confidentiality.
3. Your Responsibilities
You agree to:
● Use Buffer’s Confidential Information only for participating in the Collaboration Day.
● Keep it confidential and take reasonable steps to prevent others from accessing it.
