DocHub is an online document signing and editing platform that makes signing documents and PDFs easy. Most charges from DocHub originate from a DocHub Pro subscription, our premium service that adds enhanced features and removes limits from the free version.

If you're not sure what you used DocHub for, sign in to your DocHub account to see what documents you signed or edited on our platform: https://dochub.com/sign-in.

If you don't see any documents, activity, or billing history in your DocHub account:

  • If you have alternate email addresses, try signing in with them.
  • If you have a family member or co-worker who shares access to your credit card, check with them to see if they used DocHub.

To identify a specific charge, log in to your DocHub account and access the appropriate billing dashboard. Invoices and charges to your account will either appear on your personal billing dashboard or, if you have a DocHub organization, the charges may appear on the organization's billing dashboard.

  • Your personal DocHub billing dashboard can be viewed here: https://dochub.com/settings/billing.
  • A DocHub organization's billing dashboard can be accessed by first navigating to your personal billing page, then selecting your organization from the dropdown in the top-left, then "billing."
    Or, navigate to it directly:
    https://dochub.com/organization/[your-domain]/settings/billing (swap [your-domain] with your organization's DocHub domain/slug).
  • The most frequent reason users don't see a charge in their DocHub billing dashboards is because the charge originated from an alternate DocHub account of theirs. If you have an alternate email address, please try signing into DocHub using the alternate account and revisiting your billing dashboard.
  • You can track down a receipt to any charge by searching your inbox (e.g., search your gmail.com). Try searching for "DocHub receipt", "[email protected]", or "[email protected]." The receipt should indicate the specific DocHub account and include a URL to the billing dashboard for the charge.

When you sign into DocHub, make sure to sign in using exactly the same email address that the receipt was delivered to as it appears in the "TO" receipt.

You can often identify the general service that triggered a charge from DocHub by looking at the amount billed.

  • $1-$5: This may be a charge from sending a fax using DocHub.com. This is a non-recurring charge. You can view your outbound fax history here: https://dochub.com/settings/fax.
  • $5-$25: This may be a charge from a monthly DocHub Pro or DocHub Fax Line subscription. This charge may recur monthly until the subscription is canceled.
  • $50-$150: This may be a charge from an annual DocHub Pro subscription. This charge may recur once per year until the subscription is canceled.
  • $70 or more: This may be a charge from an organization's DocHub Pro subscription.

Most charges originate from a DocHub Pro subscription. The most frequent reasons users may not recognize these charges on their bank statement include:

  • 30-day free trial: We often offer free trials with our premium services. Users who sign up for a free trial aren't billed until the trial ends, at which point the payment method on file is charged. Sometimes users get confused by the delay or forget about the service they signed up for by the time the trial ends and the subscription charge appears on their bill.
  • Subscription Renewal: DocHub Pro subscriptions renew either monthly or annually until canceled. If it's been a while, users sometimes forget having signed up. We notify annual subscribers about their renewal 7 days prior to renewing.

If you don't recognize and can't identify a charge using any of the steps above, please reach out to us at [email protected]. We will work with you to track down the origin of the charge, issue a refund if needed, and prevent any unwanted future recurring charges.

  • Please allow 1-3 business days for our support team to respond to billing related inquiries.
  • If we issue a refund, please allow 5-10 days for the amount to appear on your credit card statements.
