2020 Crawford County Immunization Clinics
Immunizations for DTaP (Diphtheria, Tetanus, Pertussis(Whooping Cough), TdaP (Tetanus, Diphtheria,
Pertussis(Whooping Cough), Polio, MMR (Measles, Mumps, Rubella), HIB, Hepatitis A, Hepatitis B,
Pneumococcal Conjugate, HPV, Meningococcal (Meningitis), Rotavirus, Varicella (Chickenpox) will be
offered at all clinics by appointment. Please call us at 326-0229 to schedule an appointment.
TdaP (Tetanus-Diphtheria-Pertussis) or Td (Tetanus) will be offered to adults free of charge
who do not have insurance that covers the vaccination upon request.
