Any violation to the following conditions constitutes a violation of the bail and will lead to a revocation of the
bail and defendants' return to the County Correctional Facility.
- Defendant MUST APPEAR at all court dates as required.
- Defendant understands and acknowledges that the premium for the bail is fully earned by AOD Bail
Bonds upon execution of the bond.
- Defendant/Indemnitor must make all payment plan payments until balance is paid in full.
- Defendant/Indemnitor understands that during the bail posting process there could be a detainer placed
on the defendant and AOD Bail Bonds has no control over timing or resolution of any detainer.
- Defendant must check in with AOD Bail Bonds every Monday and Friday through the client check in
tab on our site: aodbailbonds.com

- Defendant is prohibited from contact with anyone named in the affidavit of probable cause.
- Defendant must refrain from criminal activity; Including: New arrest/charges, violation of any court
order or agreement (ie pfa violation) or any bail release conditions set by the court.
- Use of drugs and/or alcohol is prohibited unless prescribed by a doctor. AOD Bail Bonds reserves the
right to random drug testing.
- Defendant must inform AOD Bail Bonds, the County Clerk of Courts and the DA’s Office of any
change of address or contact information within 48 hours of the change.
By signing this document, all parties acknowledge the receipt of the document and understand that any violation
of the outlined conditions will result in a violation of the bail conditions and lead to a revocation of the bail
without a refund.
