SCHOOL DISTRICT #15 BOARD MEETING
SPECIAL MEETING
OCTOBER 5, 2020
Board President Je Stern called the special board meeting to order at 5:30p.m. Members
present: Je Stern, Terry Sche!ler, Kayla Pedtke, Je Pelka and Tammy Ebert. Members
absent: Ross Schultze and John Lanham.
Public Recognition: Amanda Cary and Jami Rollie were present.
Motion made by Terry Sche!ler and seconded by Je Pelka to approve teachers conducting
virtual and/or phone parent/teacher conferences on October 22, 2020 from 12:30-5:00 pm.

Tammy Ebert Motion carried: 5-0.
Motion made by Je Stern and seconded by Terry Sche!ler to amend the 2020-2021 district
school calendar to re4ect the parent/teacher conference time change.

Motion made by Je Pelka and seconded by Terry Sche!ler to approve the Collective
Bargaining Agreement between the Ashley Community Consolidated School District #15
and the Ashley Education Association IEA-NEA for a two-year period of 2020-2022.
