Board President Jeff Stern called the regular board meeting to order at 5:30 pm.
Members present: Jeff Stern, Terry Schettler, Candace Reid, Jason Wisniewski, Nancy
Janowski and Jennifer Zgonina. Member absent: Tammy Ebert.
Motion made by Terry Schettler and seconded by Jason Wisniewski to approve consent
agenda.

Nancy Janowski Motion carried: 6-0.
Public Recognition: Angela Smith was present for the meeting.
Motion made by Jeff Stern and seconded by Terry Schettler to approve the second
reading of IASB Press Policies, Exhibits, and Procedures 2:230, 4:10, 4:180-AP1 and
7:10-AP1.

Motion made by Jeff Stern and seconded by Nancy Janowski to adopt the 2022-2023
tentative budget and schedule a public hearing for Monday, September 26, 2022 at
5:25 pm.
