REGULAR MEETING
MAY 23, 2022
Board President Jeff Stern called the regular board meeting to order at 5:30 pm.
Members present: Jeff Stern, Tammy Ebert, Jennifer Zgonina, Terry Schettler and Jason
Wisniewski. Member absent: Candace Reid.
Motion made by Terry Schettler and seconded by Jason Wisniewski to approve consent
agenda.

Jennifer Zgonina Motion carried: 5-0.
Public Recognition: Angela Smith was present for the meeting.
Motion made by Jeff Stern and seconded by Tammy Ebert to enter into closed session at
6:02 pm for the purpose of considering the appointment, employment, compensation, discipline,
performance, or dismissal of specific employees or legal counsel of the public body, or to hear
testimony on a complaint lodged against an employee or against legal counsel to determine its
validity; collective negotiating matters between the public body and its employees or their
representative, or deliberation concerning salary schedules for one or more classes of employees;
student disciplinary cases; the placement of individual student(s) in special education program(s) and
other matters relating to individual student(s); the purchase or lease of real property for the use of
the public body, including meetings held for the purpose of discussing whether a particular parcel
should be acquired; and including the interviewing of an applicant for the middle school teaching
position.
