MINUTES OF THE ASHLEY COMMUNITY CONSOLIDATED SCHOOL
DISTRICT #15 BOARD MEETING
JULY 26, 2021
Board President Je Stern called the regular board meeting to order at
5:30pm. Members present: Je Stern, Terry Schettler, Ross Schultze,
Candace Reid and Jennifer Zgonina. Members absent: Tammy Ebert and
Jason Wisniewski.
Motion made by Je Stern and seconded by Terry Schettler to approve
consent agenda.

Jennifer Zgonina Motion carried: 5-0.
Public Recognition: Angela Smith, Laban Roth, Eric Robinson, Trudy Reuss,
Jeremy and Sarah Huge were present for the meeting.
Motion made by Je Stern and seconded by Terry Schettler to approve the
second reading and adopt the IASB Press Policies, Exhibits, and
Procedures 2:250, 2:250-AP1, 2:250-AP2, 2:250-E1, 3:10, 3:30, 3:50, 3:60
and 3:60-E.

Jennifer Zgonina Motion carried: 5-0.
Board president Je Stern opened sealed bids for student transportation
services. Bids were then read aloud by Mr. Hodge.
Motion made by Je Stern and seconded by Terry Schettler to award the
student transportation contract to the lowest bidder, which was Robinson
Transport, Inc. The contract will be in eect from 2021-2022 to 2023-2024
(3 years).
