BOARD MEETING
JUNE 22, 2020
Board President Je Stern called the amended budget hearing to order at 5:25pm. Members
present: Je Stern, Terry Sche!ler, Ross Schultze, Je Pelka and Tammy Ebert. Members
absent: Kayla Pedtke and John Lanham. (ere was no public present. During this time,
district bookkeeper Angela Smith discussed with the board the 2019-2020 amended budget.
Motion made by Terry Sche!ler and seconded by Je Pelka to close the budget hearing at
5:30 p.m.

Board President Je Stern called the regular board meeting to order at 5:30pm. Members
present: Je Stern, Terry Sche!ler, Ross Schultze, Je Pelka and Tammy Ebert. Members
absent: Kayla Pedtke and John Lanham.

Public Recognition: Angela Smith was present for the meeting.
Motion made by Terry Sche!ler and seconded by Je Pelka to approve the second reading
and adopt the IASB Press Policies, Exhibits, and Procedures 5:35, 5:35-AP1, 5:210, 6:135,
6:135-AP, 6:280, 6:280-AP and 7:190-E2.
