MINUTES OF THE ASHLEY COMMUNITY CONSOLIDATED SCHOOL

DISTRICT #15 BOARD MEETING

MAY 18, 2020

Board President Je Stern called the regular board meeting to order at

5:30 p.m. Members present: Je Stern, Terry Schettler, Je Pelka and

Kayla Pedtke. Members absent: Ross Schultze, John Lanham and Tammy

Ebert.

Motion made by Terry Schettler and seconded by Kayla Pedtke to approve

Motion carried: 4-0.

Public Recognition: Angela Smith was present for the meeting.

Motion made by Je Pelka and seconded by Je Stern to approve the

second reading and adoption of IASB Press Policies, Exhibits, and

Procedures 5:50, 5:120-AP1, 5:150, 5:280, 6:235, 7:70, 7:90 and 8:110.

Motion carried: 4-0.
