CONSOLIDATED SCHOOL DISTRICT #15 BOARD MEETING
REGULAR MEETING
JULY 25, 2022
Board President Je Stern called the regular board meeting to order at
5:30pm. Members present: Je Stern, Terry Schettler, Candace Reid, Jason
Wisniewski, Nancy Janowski and Jennifer Zgonina. Member absent: Tammy
Ebert.
Motion made by Terry Schettler and seconded by Jason Wisniewski to
approve consent agenda.

Nancy Janowski Motion carried: 6-0.
Public Recognition: Angela Smith was present for the meeting.
Motion made by Je Stern and seconded by Terry Schettler to approve the
second reading of IASB Press Policies, Exhibits, and Procedures 2:150-AP,
7:270, 7:270-AP1, 7:270-AP2, 7:270-E1, 7:285 and 7:285-AP.

Nancy Janowski Motion carried: 6-0.
Motion made by Je Stern and seconded by Jason Wisniewski to approve the
2022-2023 renewal of the district Workers’ Compensation policy at a cost of
$7,617.35 and Property/Casualty policy at a cost of $21,820.14. Total cost is
$29,437.49 and will be paid utilizing tort funds. These policies are with
Prairie State Insurance Cooperative.
