MINUTES OF THE ASHLEY COMMUNITY CONSOLIDATED SCHOOL
DISTRICT #15 BOARD MEETING
SEPTEMBER 23, 2019
Board president Je Stern called the Budget Hearing to order at 5:20 pm.
Members present: Je Stern, Terry Schettler, Je Pelka and Tammy Ebert.
Members absent: Ross Schultze, Kayla Pedtke and John Lanham.
There were no public comments received by the board during the budget
hearing.
Motion made by Je Stern and seconded by Je Pelka to adjourn the
Budget Hearing at 5:35 pm.
Board President Je Stern called the regular board meeting to order at
5:35 pm. Members present: Je Stern, Terry Schettler, Je Pelka and
Tammy Ebert. Members absent: Ross Schultze, Kayla Pedtke and John
Lanham.
Motion made by Terry Schettler and seconded by Je Pelka to approve
consent agenda.

Motion Carried: 4-0.
Public Recognition: Angela Smith and Bo Thomas (Glass and Shuett, Ltd.)

Motion made by Terry Schettler and seconded by Je Pelka to approve the
second reading and adopt the IASB Press Policies, Exhibits, and
Procedures 2:160, 2:160-E, 2:230, 2:240, 2:240-E1 and 2:240-E2.

Motion Carried: 4-0.
Motion made by Je Stern and seconded by Terry Schettler to adopt the
2019-2020 Ashley Community Consolidated School District #15 budget as
presented.
