MINUTES OF THE MEETING OF THE ASHLEY COMMUNITY

CONSOLIDATED SCHOOL DISTRICT #15 BOARD MEETING

JULY 24, 2017

Board President Jeff Stern called the regular board meeting to order at

5:30 p.m. Members present: Jeff Stern, Ross Schultze, Jeff Pelka, Kayla

Cameron and John Lanham. Members absent: Terry Schettler and Tammy

Ebert.

Motion made by Jeff Pelka and seconded by Ross Schultze to approve

John Lanham Motion Carried: 5-0.

Public Recognition: Angela Smith, Stacie Schultze and Scott Braden were

present for the meeting.

President Stern indicated a desire to move closed session to the end of

the meeting. When those present were asked if they had any objections,

none were forthcoming.

Motion made by Jeff Stern and seconded by Kayla Cameron to adopt the

IASB Press Policies, Exhibits, and Procedures 2:100, 4:60, 4:60 -AP1,

4:60-AP2, 4:60 -AP3, 4:60-AP4, 4:60-AP4, E1, 4:60-E, 5:120, 5:120 -AP1,

5:120 -AP2, 5:120 -E, 6:120, 6:120 -AP1, 6:120 -AP2, 6:120 -AP3 and

John Lanham Motion Carried: 5-0.

Motion made by Jeff Stern and seconded by John Lanham to approve the

2017-2018 Parent -Student Handbook as read.
