MINUTES OF THE ASHLEY COMMUNITY CONSOLIDATED SCHOOL

DISTRICT #15 BOARD MEETING

AUGUST 23, 2021

Board President Je Stern called the regular board meeting to order at

5:30pm. Members present: Je Stern, Terry Schettler, Ross Schultze,

Candace Reid, Jason Wisniewski and Jennifer Zgonina. Member absent:

Tammy Ebert.

Jason Wisniewski Motion carried: 6-0.

Public Recognition: Angela Smith was present for the meeting.

Motion made by Je Stern and seconded by Ross Schultze to approve the

second reading and adopt the IASB Press Policies, Exhibits, and

Procedures 4:60-AP3, 5:10, 5:30, 5:30-AP2, 5:30-AP2 E1, 5:30-AP2 E2,

6:235, 6:235-AP1, 6:235-AP1 E1, 6:235-AP1 E2, 6:235-AP2, 6:235-E3,

6:235-E4 and 7:345-AP E4.

Aye Nay Abstain Absent

Motion made by Je Stern and seconded by Jason Wisniewski to adopt the

2021-2022 tentative district budget and schedule the public hearing for

Monday, September 27, 2021 at 5:25 pm.
