MINUTES OF THE MEETING OF THE ASHLEY COMMUNITY
CONSOLIDATED SCHOOL DISTRICT #15 BOARD MEETING
SPECIAL MEETING
NOVEMBER 21, 2022
The special meeting was called to order at 5:00p.m. Members present:
Je Stern, Terry Schettler, Candace Reid, Jennifer Zgonina and Nancy
Janowski. Members absent: Tammy Ebert and Jason Wisniewski.
Public Recognition: Angela Smith was present for the meeting.
Motion made by Je Stern and seconded by Terry Schettler to enter
closed session at 5:02p.m. for the purpose of considering the
employment, discipline, performance, or dismissal of a speci+c employee
of the school district.

Motion made by Je Stern and seconded by Jennifer Zgonina to return to
open session at 5:17p.m.

Motion made by Je Stern and seconded by Terry Schettler to approve the
resolution authorizing the dismissal of Jason Poole.
Motion made by Je Stern and seconded by Nancy Janowski to adjourn the
meeting at 5:22p.m.
