BOARD MEETING

OCTOBER 26, 2020

Board President Je Stern called the regular board meeting to order at 5:30pm. Members

present: Je Stern, Terry Sche"ler, Kayla Pedtke and Je Pelka. Members absent: Ross

Schultze, John Lanham and Tammy Ebert.

Motion Carried: 4-0.

Public Recognition: No one was present for the meeting.

Motion made by Je Pelka and seconded by Terry Sche"ler to approve the second reading

and adopt the IASB Press Policies, Exhibits, and Procedures 5:100, 7:10, 7:10-AP1, 7:20,

7:20-AP, 7:180 and 7:185.

Motion made by Terry Sche"ler and seconded by Je Pelka to approve the Resolution for

Repayment of the following Interfund Loans: $76,000 to Transportation from the Education

fund, $10,000 to Transportation from the Operations & Maintenance fund, $7,000 to

Education from the Operations & Maintenance fund and $858 to Education from the Debt

Service fund.
