MINUTES OF THE ASHLEY COMMUNITY CONSOLIDATED SCHOOL
DISTRICT #15 BOARD MEETING
MARCH 22, 2021
Board President Je Stern called the regular board meeting to order at
5:30pm. Members present: Je Stern, Terry Schettler, Kayla Pedtke and
Je Pelka. Members absent: Ross Schultze, Tammy Ebert and John
Lanham.
Motion made by Terry Schettler and seconded by Je Pelka to approve
consent agenda.

Motion Carried: 4-0
Public Recognition: Angela Smith and Candace Reid were present for the
meeting.
Motion made by Je Stern and seconded by Terry Schettler to approve the
roof/brick work estimate in the amount of $21,941.72. A breakdown of the
total cost is as follows: $19,500 from Matecki Masonry and $2,441.72
from Mike’s Finishing (masonry primer and paint).

Motion made by Je Pelka and seconded by Terry Schettler to approve the
second reading and adopt the IASB Press Policies, Exhibits, and
Procedures 6:15, 6:20, 6:40, 6:280, 6:340, 7:100, 7:340, 7:340-AP1,
7:340-AP1 E1, 7:340-AP1 E2, 7:340-AP2 and 7:340-AP2 E1.
