MINUTES OF THE ASHLEY COMMUNITY CONSOLIDATED SCHOOL

DISTRICT #15 BOARD MEETING

APRIL 27, 2020

Board President Je Stern called the regular board meeting to order at

5:30 p.m. Members present: Je Stern, Je Pelka, Ross Schultze, Terry

Schettler, Kayla Pedtke and John Lanham. Member absent: Tammy Ebert.

Motion made by Ross Schultze and seconded by John Lanham to approve

consent agenda.

Terry Schettler Motion carried: 6-0.

Public Recognition: Angela Smith was present for the meeting.

Motion made by Je Pelka and seconded by Je Stern to approve the

second reading and adopt the IASB Press Policies, Exhibits, and

Procedures 4:150, 4:180, 4:180-AP1, 4:180-AP2, 7:240-AP1, 7:270,

7:270-AP1, 7:270-E2, 8:30 and 8:30-AP.
