MINUTES OF THE ASHLEY COMMUNITY CONSOLIDATED SCHOOL

DISTRICT #15 BOARD MEETING

FEBRUARY 22, 2021

Board President Je Stern called the regular board meeting to order at

5:30pm. Members present: Je Stern, Terry Schettler, Kayla Pedtke, Je

Pelka and Tammy Ebert. Members absent: Ross Schultze and John

Lanham.

Je Pelka Motion Carried: 5-0.

Public Recognition: Angela Smith, Marc Mays and Nathan Frisbee (Quality

Network Systems) were present for the meeting.

Discussion was held regarding the roof/brick work and was tabled until

additional information could be gathered.

Motion made by Je Pelka and seconded by Je Stern to approve the

second reading and adopt the IASB Press Policies, Exhibits, and

Procedures 2:20-E, 3:40-E, 4:10, 4:60-AP1, 4:150, 4:175, 4:175-AP1, 5:30,

5:30-AP2 and 5:190.

Motion made by Je Stern and seconded by Terry Schettler to purchase

updated technology equipment at a cost of $3,120 (30 monitors to be

placed in the computer lab and 1 computer to be placed in the PreK

building; to be paid out of REAP funds) and renew a 3-year contract with a

2.5% increase per year with Quality Network Services. Year 1 - $13,569,

Year 2 - $13,908 and Year 3 - $14,256.
