MINUTES OF THE ASHLEY COMMUNITY CONSOLIDATED SCHOOL
DISTRICT #15 BOARD MEETING
JUNE 28, 2021
Board President Je Stern called the amended budget hearing to order at
5:25pm. Members present: Je Stern, Terry Schettler, Tammy Ebert,
Candace Reid and Jennifer Zgonina. Members absent: Ross Schultze.
There was no public present. During this time, district bookkeeper Angela
Smith discussed with the board the 2020-2021 amended budget.
Board member Ross Schultze arrived at 5:28 pm.
Motion made by Ross Schultze and seconded by Tammy Ebert to close the
budget hearing at 5:30 p.m.

Jennifer Zgonina Motion carried: 6-0.
Board President Je Stern called the regular board meeting to order at
5:30pm. Members present: Je Stern, Terry Schettler, Tammy Ebert,
Candace Reid, Jennifer Zgonina and Ross Schultze. Members absent: no
one.
Motion made by Ross Schultze and seconded by Tammy Ebert to approve
consent agenda.

Jennifer Zgonina Motion carried: 6-0.
Public Recognition: Angela Smith was present for the meeting.
Motion made by Je Stern and seconded by Jennifer Zgonina to approve
the second reading and adopt the IASB Press Policies, Exhibits, and
Procedures 4:120-AP, 5:185-AP, 5:270, 5:270-E, 6:235-E5, 6:315, 7:140,
7:140-AP, 7:140-E and 7:300.
